Snow SummitThursday, November 8th – 10 am to 4 pm at the BP Energy Center, 1014 Energy Court, Anchorage

SnowFestSaturday, November 10th – 11 am to 3 pm at the Anchorage Loussac Public Library, 3600 Denali Street, Anchorage

The Snow Summit is an inclusive meeting of snow industry practitioners, policy makers, guiding services, state and community agencies. the media… Anyone who uses, needs, shares or supports snow safety in Alaska. Join the conversation and help to improve communications for the general public. This event is free but space is limited and pre-registration is required.

The SnowFest is free and open to the general public! This is an opportunity to brush up on your backcountry travel skills. Whether your a long-time veteran or just getting started, you’ll find great information, videos and hands on activities with professional instructors who will help you get prepared for your winter adventures. Start your winter out right, Come learn and practice! Great event for ages 10 and up.
