General Observations

Keystone Canyon: Multiple D1 to D2 loose-snow avalanches progressing to wet loose-snow avalanches as temperatures rose to above freezing by 3pm. The sluffs where big enough to sweep you off your feet or burry you in a terrain trap. S1 to S2+ snow accumulation throughout the day transitioning to rain by 5pm, light wind out of the south. 45cm of new snow sitting on the Feb 1st wind slab and X-mas crust. The new snow quickly became very upside down as the temperature began to rise. No propagation or whumpfing noted. Haven't heard any whumpfing or had any propagation in the canyon ice climbing arenas since Feb 2.
