General Observations

Road around the Solomon Gulch trails, probed a few different spots. Found ~100 cm of snow consistently. 5-ish layers, top layer ~18 cm thick, next layer ~45 cm thick, next ~20 cm thick, next ~5 cm thick (this one seemed real “punchy” might be a problem layer), last layer ~12cm thick. I didn’t dig or do any stability assessments, just probing. Top was light and fluffy, seemed to get more firm as it went down other than the one thin punchy layer). I stayed on the trail and in low angle terrain between 200-400 ft.
