General Observations

Haines Pass Zone:  At the green shack sunny and clear, 29F, light winds, HS40cm with 20cm of supportable crust to the ground. Above 4,500ft  20-70cm of lightly wind blown sastrugi pow. At 5,500ft E-SE aspect HS110cm 1F rounds down to 5cm K re-froze facets. No stability tests were performed. Shallower snowpack near ridgelines and some visible wind effect. Loose natural slide (L-N-R1-D1.5-S) observed on SE-aspect of Twin Sisters ran ~750ft  entraining new snow from the previous storm cycle.
