General Observations

2/28: Iguana Backs up to 4600' N-E aspects.  light to moderate wind above 2000', light snow transport on exposed ridges and high peaks.

Collapsing: No  Shooting cracks: No  Avalanches: Yes, observed a Natural wind slab avalanche 4000'. N-HS-R2-D2, West aspect slope that descends from crud buster basin into iguana backs. Stepped down immediately below initial crown, to the ground in places

Found windslabs to be stubborn to triggers on test slopes.  Pit results at 3500' on an east aspect produced PST (40/100) END down 95cms, ECTN30 down 45 cms.  HS-280cms.  Found poor snow structure below 95 cms at this location.
