Ripinski Weather Station at 2,500′ on a N aspect. HS 185, HNS 5. S-2 and L North winds. ECTN down 20cm on 2cm crust. PST 85/100 END down 20. 3 distinct crust layers in top 20cm of snowpack. Dust on crust skiing in the alpine. Challenging ski conditions below tree line due to large, frozen tree bomb chunks on the snow surface.
