General Observations
Snow stopped as we were leaving the cars 0930 and sun began to show itself through broken/ overcast sky. Dug a pit at 2400ft on a NE Aspect. Calm. 32 degrees Fahrenheit air temperature. 9cm of fresh snow. A column test produced a test result, CT16 down 20cm. Extended column tests had no propagating results with ECTN16 & 21 down 20cm. Beautiful soft skiing down, transitioned around 1400ft to heavier snow. We stayed primarily out of wind effected areas, but saw signs of hidden surface effect from the previous weeks/ earlier March.
