After a brief lull in the weather promoted stability, the busyness is amongst us again. Models suggest over an inch of water through Tuesday, with the freezing line climbing at some point to our local peaks. This looks to become a couple inches of slop at sea level and over a foot of snow above tree line. Strong winds will load western aspects. Wednesday should mellow out but will be followed by more warm wet weather Thursday and Friday, so the avalanche hazard may stay elevated through the week.
